Below are descriptions of our ranks and departments. From management ranks all the way up to executive ranks this will detail how each rank operates within the daycare. Alongside what each department does as their main priority.
Here at Little Angels Daycare our management ranks are from guidance counselor to principal. To achieve guidance counselor you would need to apply for it via our guidance counselor applications that open biweekly.
Here at Little Angels Daycare our administration ranks are from administrator to superintendent. To achieve administrator you would need to pass Administration Training Program as a principal. Individuals who find them in the administration team are also designated a department by the Director of Activity Management.
Here at Little Angels Daycare our executive ranks are from board of directors to executive vice president. Individuals who have achieved these ranks have shown strong leadership within their departments or branch enough to lead them.
Here at Little Angels Daycare our human resources branch is made up of five departments and those departments being Activity Management, Administration Training Program, Internal Affairs, Professional Development, and Staff Resource Management.
The Activity Management Department handles staff members activity and being responsible for members requirements. We handle everything from resignations, inactivity notices, promotions, and everything else in between. We make sure everyone is keeping up to their standard for activity.
Administration Training Program (ATP) is a program to help train principals become eligible for administration. The tasks within the program are the stepping stones to showing what the duties you will need to fulfill in order to move to the next rank.
The Internal Affairs Department is responsible for protecting the safety of the community, both inside the game and out. The department handles disciplinary issues when necessary, dealing with situations when they arise within the staff team. Their duty extends to the public through in-game and server appeals, providing an opportunity for members to correct their previous wrongdoings. Through their work, the department ensures Little Angels Daycare remains a welcoming and pleasant space for all.
Professional Development is provided with the task of recruiting new Guidance Counselors for our staff team every 2 weeks. They’re also in charge of: giving them the guidance they need, helping them obtain their weekly requirements and answering questions where needed. In order for them to progress to the next rank, Assistant Principal.
Staff Resources Management works behind the scenes to keep all contact information and documents up to date with current staff members. Their work establishes resources for everyone to rely on.
Here at Little Angels Daycare our public relations branch is made up of four departments and those departments being Alliance Management, Angel Socials, Community Moderation, and Events and Activities. Below are is a description of each department and their duties.
The Alliance Management Department is responsible for everything related to affiliations. We review incoming applications, send out applications, organize alliance visits and events, request our events are announced and announce events asked of us. We also represent at our partners servers, keep communication strong, and make sure that our affiliates benefit our community and engage with our events. When speaking to affiliates or potential affiliates, ensure to use proper grammar and act professional at all times.
Angel Socials is the face of our establishment. Their job is to direct, edit and film videos to go on our TikTok and YouTube pages. Our pages help direct a new audience into our community keeping the amount of members coming in steadily.
Community Moderation bars the task of recruiting new moderators regularly and providing them with training to uphold the smooth functioning of the team. They also monitor weekly activity to ensure that all moderators remain engaged and actively contribute to a secure and respectful atmosphere within our Discord server.
Events and Activities is dedicated to organizing community and staff events. Weekly, the department hosts different events, ranging from trivia nights and game nights to karaoke sessions, writing and drawing competitions, spirit weeks, award ceremonies, and staff bonding activities. Additionally, Events and Activities also works on the Monthly Newsletter which is typically posted the first week of the new month.
